Our beautiful duplex home is affectionately known as the "EGRETS NEST". EGRETS NEST I (the ground floor unit), and EGRETS NEST II (the upper 2 stories, the top of which is a very private 'widows walk', a panoramic view of the beaches and area). Less than 150 yards to the Gulf of Mexico across the street, and only 20 miles from Destin(to the west) and Panama City Beach (to the east).

Each unit is completely furnished, including washer/dryer. To maintain the beauty of our home, we request our guests to adher to our rules of "NO SMOKING/NO PETS".

During the summer season, both units must be rented together. The rest of the year they may be rented individually (3-day minimum).

Local amenities are:

  1. Top rated park in the U.S. (including Hawaii!!!)
  2. World renown 'SEASIDE' community-- a cultural mecca center, and most recently the site of the Jim Carey movie "THE TRUMAN STORY".
  3. Miles of hiking and biking trails.
  4. The "WORLD'S MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACHES", with sparkling, sugar white sand dunes.


EGRETS NEST--this is both EGRETS I and EGRETS II combined. 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 3000 sq. ft. living area, 1200 sq. ft. deck, private swimming pool, 3 BBQ grills, Jacuzzi type bath tub.

EGRETS NEST I--the ground floor unit, sleeps 6, with 1 king, 2 queen beds. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1100 sq. ft.

EGRETS NEST II-- the upper 2 floors. This sleeps 11, with 1 king, 2 queen, 1 twin full, 1 full, and 1 futon. 1900 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1000 sq. ft. deck, and 262 sq. ft. deck up top.
